…in development…
A customizable, psychosocial mentoring program for collegiate women, MentorHER provides individualized mentoring, focused on psychosocial development. This program is structured around my thesis, “A Mentee’s Perspective,” that was published in 2017 and clearly highlighted the importance of psychosocial mentoring in collegiate women’s lives, based on the experiences of six professional women. Currently in development, MentorHER is aiming to be piloted on a local college campus in Spring 2018.
Program components include the pairing of a collegiate woman with professional women, the engagement of meaningful relationships and a psychosocial framework that highlights key developmental components.
As MentorHER is in its early stages, there are many opportunities to get involved. If you are interested in taking part in this journey (and I’d love to have you!), let’s chat!
