Mentoring Research

I graduated with my master’s in nonprofit leadership in May 2017 and published my thesis research, based around collegiate women’s mentoring, shortly before. I am seeking to contribute to the ever-growing community built around mentoring and its benefits, but I’m most interested in the benefits of mentoring for collegiate-level women.

Mentoring has been researched at length in academia and beyond, but the benefits of a collegiate-level mentoring experience for women has yet to be examined. I’m grateful to join the conversation and bring new information to this ever important discussion.

With my research published, I’m looking to the implications of the work. (Here’s a hint–I’m humbling looking towards and working on creating a program that provides psychosocial mentoring experiences for collegiate women…MentorHER). I’m SO excited for what will come next. I would love to chat with you about this topic if you’re interested. Let’s talk!
